We will provide you with arrangement services, and we do not accept any responsibility for the medical procedures disputes. We hold no medical qualifications; our liability is limited to a duty of providing you with arrangement services. We are not liable for any work of a surgeon or any of the staff engage at the clinic. Your contract is with your clinic for all medical work undertaken. We do not accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that the surgeon feels that you are not fit enough to undergo surgery.  Please note that there are risks involved as with any other surgery, and even higher, as it may result in disappointment or dissatisfaction. Any medical or surgical advice provided through the ABC Plastic Surgery in Europe website, even if intended to be accurate to the best of our knowledge, should be discussed with the surgeon as we are not liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our site.

Your Medical History

You must disclose to us all information relating to your health, which may be relevant to the provision of services or treatments we have arranged on your behalf. In providing the information, you warrant that it is accurate, correct and current. We accept no liability regarding your failure to disclose any information which may be relevant to our services or treatments. You must also provide us with the clear photographs of the area, preferably front and 2 sides, as it is important for the surgeon to be able to examine skin quality and overall shaping of the contours. You agree that your medical questionnaire and your photos will be forwarded by e-mail to the clinic.We ensure that any information given to us is treated in highly confidential manner and will only be sent to the clinic. The price initially quoted by ABC Plastic Surgery in Europe will be confirmed after further medical evaluation by the surgeon. ABC Plastic Surgery in Europe will arrange an e-mail consultation with the surgeon/professional after receiving the medical history form and the clinic and/or other analysis requested by the surgeon/professional. ABC Plastic Surgery in Europe strongly encourages you to ask all the questions you may have via e-mail or telephone. ABC Plastic Surgery in Europe reminds you that all kinds of surgery/treatment carry certain risks, whereas the risks associated with cosmetic surgery includes dissatisfaction with the results. You and the surgeon/professional have to agree about the anticipated outcome of your surgery/treatment, so that your expectations of the results will be reasonable.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We do not require deposit. The surgical operation is not a cosmetic operation requiring a small amount of people. Plastic surgery is connected the involvement of numerous medical staff, which will be monitoring our situation during an operation. That is why we ask you for a well-thought-out decision in this sphere. Each operation can be cancelled. The only thing you should do is to inform our consultant, who will not take an additional fee for the cancellation. Co-ordinator do not take prepayments for the surgery . The financial matters are dispatched by the doctor and his workers in Poland.

If you decided to contact with co-ordinator its mean that you are interested in having Plastic Surgery in Poland. I am a person who will help you to take this decision and guide you during your preparation to the surgery and during your visit in Poland. From the moment You contact me until the moment you leave us I will help you find a hotel to the standard you require, arrange taxis to & from the airport & generally look after you in a professional manner. I will be in contact with you the whole time. Co-ordinator does not have medical qualifications and is not responsible for any medical matters. All answers given by co-ordinator are first consult with qualified medical consultants.
